How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online or in person after your appointment.

Kimistry Hair Lab strives to create a colorful, care free and relaxing environment for every person entering the door.
We “Live in color” and hope to inspire clients to do the same. Here are some frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your question here feel free to give us a call.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. You’re welcome to call and check for cancellations.

Who should book a consultation?

First time clients attempting to figure out what to book, first time color clients, wedding bookings and micro link clients.

What is the cancellation policy?

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or deposits will be forfeited.You will be charged 50% if you do not cancel within 24 hours, You will be charged 100% incase of a no-show.

What is your policy on being late?

You are allowed a 20 minute grace period.  After the grace period appointments will be rescheduled at the stylist discretion.

Which services include shampoo?

If the service includes a shampoo it will be listed under the service.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Are kid allowed in salon?

Kids are allowed if supervised or being serviced. Kids are not permitted to run around salon. There is a fee that must be paid if anything is damaged before departure.

What are your days of operation?

Tuesday: 8am-6pm

Wednesday: 8am-6pm

Thursday: 8am-6pm

Friday: 8am-6pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm

Can I change my service upon arrival?

Service bookings are done by times. If the time is equal or less, you are welcome to change.

How do I book microlinks?

You must first book a consultation. Microlinks are booked by Kim during the consultation.

How much are microlinks?

$300 not including hair.
